Step 1: Download the AOSP Android 5.1.1 Lollipop custom ROM for your Galaxy Grand Duos i9082. [Don’t forget to download Gapps too]
Step 2: Make sure you have latest Samsung drivers installed on your computer. If they are already, then connect your Galaxy Grand Duos to your computer and transfer the download zip files to your phone SD card.
Step 3: Turn Off your phone and boot it to recovery mode. For that, press and hold “Volume Down + Power Home” buttons simultaneously.
Step 4: In recovery mode, first tap on “wipe data factory reset” option to perform a factory reset. Once this is completed, go to advanced options and select “wipe the cache” followed by “dalvik cache” options to clear the cache.
