Sometimes while rooting Android device or during flashing of custom ROMs, the device encounters problems and the best method to get rid of them is to flash stock firmware on it. If something similar happened to your Micromax Unite 2 A106, then do the same process and your phone will be restored to factory settings.

- Make sure your Micromax Unite 2 A106 is at least 75% or charged.
- Ensure that you have complete backup of all your important data.
How to Flash Stock Android 4.4.4 KitKat Firmware on Micromax Unite 2 A106
Step 1: First of all download the stock firmware for your Micromax Unite 2 A106:
Step 2: Place the downloaded zip on desktop and extract it. Now download SP Flash Tool and open it after is downloading is done.
Step 3: On main window in SP Flash Tool, you will see option “Scatter-loading”. Click on it and select the “scatter.txt” file from the stock rom forlder. Once done, select file for each option from rom folder you have extracted earlier to desktop.
Step 4: For “USRDATA” and “CACHE”, use the secro.img file. When all the chosen, click on “Firmware Upgrade” option.
Step 5: Now switch off your Micromax Unite 2 A106 and remove its battery for few seconds. Place it again in phone but don’t turn it on.
Step 6: Click on the “Download” button in SP Flash Tool and connect your phone to computer to start the flashing of stock firmware on your Canvas 2 A106.
Step 7: Once you get success message in SP Flash Tool, remove your phone form computer and boot it to recovery mode using “Volume Up, Volume Downl and Power” Buttons.
Step 8: In recovery, choose “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” option. This will erase all the user data.
